A little more than a year ago, I felt that it was time to take the vision of Kenosis to another level. As I began to explore the possibilities, it became clear that this new direction had as much to do with my own direction in life as it did my company's long-term success.
Kenosis Designs will be acquired by North Star Marketing-Communications in Burlington, NC, a full-service marketing firm that shares the values and philosophy we have embraced at Kenosis.
I have every confidence they will serve you with excellence, bringing 10 years of consulting and creative experience to bear on your projects. North Star is positioned to take Kenosis clients to even greater levels of success, and I am confident that our clients will be excited to work with North Star on upcoming marketing and design projects.
As we work through this transition, I would like to address the initial concerns regarding your projects and services:
Hosting Clients:
There will be no interruption of your service. Your hosting account will remain intact; email and web support will be uninterrupted.
Active Design/Web Projects:
Your projects will be completed and fulfilled in accordance with your contracts, and all agreements with Kenosis Designs, LLC will transfer to North Star Marketing-Communications.
On-Going Support:
Like Kenosis, North Star uses a similar support ticket system, and has staff available for live support.
Billing and Payables:
If you are currently holding an invoice from Kenosis, that invoice is still payable to Kenosis Designs, LLC. Any invoices issued after March 12 will be payable to North Star Marketing-Communications. The billing will be clearly identified.
Kenosis Offices:
The Kenosis offices in Wake Forest will be closing next week; services, however, will not be interrupted, but rather transitioned to the North Star offices in Burlington. Several KD staff members will be employed to insure a smooth transition and to assure service continuity. Possibilities are being explored to maintain a local presence in Wake Forest.

I would personally like to thank all of you for being valued clients as we have grown over the last 5 years.
Each of you has been a special part of my life and the team at Kenosis. For me, this will be the end of my journey with Kenosis; I will be moving from here back into a career in music. During this transition, I am making myself available to North Star to assist with any client needs that may require my input.
